Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. He is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and Tech4Impact is an Iowa Targeted Small Business.

Tracy Keninger, MS, CRC

Tracy Keninger earned her Masters of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at Minnesota State University in Mankato. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor along with a Certified Assistive Technology Practitioner. Keninger has facilitated groups of various types and for numerous populations for over 20 years. Keninger currently works in a non-profit organization that supports persons with disabilities, their families, and persons with special needs. Additionally, she is an adjunct faculty at Drake University where she instructs Group Procedures.
